OnehireX provides IT career acceleration services including job applications, resume writing, cover letter creation, interview preparation, and LinkedIn optimization. We act as your representative in the job search process.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide excellent service, we cannot guarantee job placement or interview success. Results may vary based on market conditions, individual qualifications, and other factors beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our service are owned by OnehireX and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

OnehireX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
